AI-driven smart ConTech solutions leader SLZ (Co-CEOs Yumi Lee and Jaeheon Jung) showcased its latest technologies and innovations at the 2025 DIPS GLOBAL TECH CON: “AX for ALL”, held on October 28 at the Vista Hall, Grand Walkerhill Seoul.
The event was attended by Han Sung-sook, Minister of SMEs and Startups, alongside government officials, investors, and industry experts who explored the latest advancements in emerging technologies.
During the exhibition, SLZ presented its core smart construction solutions, including:
ROUTi-AI, an AI-based MEP design and operation automation solution,
ROUTi-AR, an AR-powered system for design and construction verification, and
BuildAR, a BIM data and drone technology–integrated visualization solution for large-scale construction sites.
In addition, SLZ unveiled its construction manufacturing robot “BG1” for the first time, drawing significant attention from both investors and industry representatives at the event.
Minister Han Sung-sook personally visited SLZ’s booth and listened attentively as Co-CEO Yumi Lee presented the company’s AI and AR convergence technologies. Expressing strong interest in SLZ’s innovation, the Minister remarked, “The construction sites of the future will transform in ways beyond our imagination,” and encouraged the company to continue contributing to the advancement of Korea’s smart construction industry.
SLZ’s flagship solutions are designed to accelerate the digital transformation of the construction industry. ROUTi-AI enhances productivity in plant and architectural projects through automated design, while ROUTi-AR enables real-time generation and verification of MEP BIM data using augmented reality. BuildAR supports visualization and quality control of large-scale sites by integrating BIM data with aerial drone technologies.
Building on this exhibition, SLZ plans to accelerate the establishment of a next-generation smart construction ecosystem integrating AI, AR, and robotics, while expanding its global partnerships and commercialization initiatives to strengthen its position in the international market.
