Introduction
ROUTi-AR is an advanced AR solution designed to streamline the MEP construction and shop drawing creation process in Hookup operation. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, this innovative solution is capable of identifying potential problems that may arise during the installation of equipment and piping, while also identifying the most efficient piping route.
During the Hook-up stage, ROUTi-AR utilizes AR devices to augment 3D shape information and attribute information, allowing it to automatically generate routes for equipment and piping using advanced auto-routing functionality. The resulting piping route can then be seamlessly converted into a BIM file by linking it with Autodesk Revit based on specified specifications.
